Glenn is a old staple in the baking world with yields averaging in New England from 50 to 65 bushels per acre on average and 80 to 85 being achieved on good years.  This wheat is still the standard by which most all baking wheats are compared,  with ease of growth and protien numbers which often exceed 14.5% this variety will be sure to fill your bins with high quality milling wheat.

Magog is a good quality dual purpose wheat which fits nicely into multiple rotations.  Protien levels are well suited for milling or feed with levels commonly reaching 12 to 13%.  Stalk strength is good, a safe all around option for the grain grower
